The whole process took approximately 9 months with having to start the claim, signing paperwork, requesting payments ect. The roofers worked at a timely matter to get the job done and completed the work in 2 days. Rescue just completed a roof replacement on my home and management of the project far exceeded my expectations! It all began when Adriana using a drone did an inspection that confirmed damage to the roof. She indicated that she would work directly with the insurance company on our behalf to complete the claim process. Once approved, the project was scheduled and everything was completed in a timely fashion. The contractors were timely, professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Adriana was very detail oriented and was onsite to inspect all work as it was being performed. Upon completion the crew cleaned and disposed of all debris and left the property in immaculate condition. She indicated that Rescue not only does roof replacement but also most other construction related projects. I highly recommend Rescue for remodeling or other needs in this area.
